Cas Fiols is a charming old family home set amidst the fabulous backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains and is located just outside the lovely village of Soller.

The original stone house dates back over 500 years and the house has retained its traditional Mallorcan feel even though it is equipped with all the modern facilities such as air conditioning and central heating.

All bedrooms are decorated with style and comfort in mind.  The house has a full master suite with its own private terrace, two en-suite doubles, and, one twin and one double (which share a bathroom).

Most bedrooms are large enough to take a cot or small additional bed for children if required.




All the bathrooms are furnished in a traditional Mallorquin style and separate bath towels and pool towels are provided.



Both rooms provide ample space for everyone to enjoy their time at Cas Fiols.
The main sitting room has a wonderfully relaxing feel and is a great place to read a book during the height of the afternoon sun.

Alternatively, the comfortable study has Sky TV, an open fire (for use over the winter months) and large french doors to the pool area.  The house also has wireless internet access (WIFI)

The kitchen is well equipped, as you would expect of a large home, and has a separate large fridge and freezer.  Just outside the kitchen is a beautfiul covered outdoor dining area.  

Al fresco eating is a must at Cas Fiols !




There is a large private outdoor swimming pool, 13m long by 6m wide, that has the use of a number of sunfloats.   The pool is surrounded by stone terraces with sunbeds for relaxing by the pool. Outdoor seating on hardwood patio furniture with cushions, is provided near the fountain and a separate covered outdoor dining area seats 12 on one large stone table. There is also a stone barbecue by the pool.


We have an outdoor heated jacuzzi that seats 7 for when you feel like pampering yourself or if the weather is just a little too cool for a swim in the pool.

Our fully floodlit private tennis court is set just to the bottom of the orange tree orchard.  You either need to bring your own tennis rackets and balls or we can arrange for our local tennis coach, Matt Dean, to provide lessons for your party.


Overall the house is set in approximately 5000 square metres of private grounds most of which are planted with citrus trees.  At the time of year when the oranges are ripe you are welcome to pick them and use as many as you like !



The Casita is a small cottage that has always been in the grounds of Cas Fiols and is just a few steps from the main house and pool.  The Casita was totally refurbished in 2006 and now provides an ideal solution to accommodate additional family members or friends that come with you to Cas Fiols.

 

The Casita has its own kitchen, lounge area, bathroom, double bedroom and private area of terrace and garden.  It is rentable at an additional cost to the main house.
